Located in Turceni, Gorj County, “Tărâmul Cerbilor” (The Land of the Deer) is a large-scale tourism and cultural development spanning 800 hectares. The site is defined by its diverse forest landscape and a significant resident population of approximately 1,000 deer, does, and mouflons. The project’s primary objective is to develop this vast natural area into a structured recreational complex that balances wildlife conservation with high-quality visitor infrastructure.

The development is built around a thematic framework rooted in Romanian folklore and mythology. By integrating elements of traditional storytelling into the landscape, the project moves beyond a standard resort model to offer a “cultural edutainment” experience.
