Blocul Fetelor Rehabilitation

Our team at UNITH2B SRL is proud to present the rehabilitation of the "Blocul Fetelor" building, located on Alexandru Ioan Cuza Boulevard in Reșița. Originally serving as a dormitory for young female students, the building has been completely transformed into a dynamic space for social, community, and cultural activities. Our design focused on converting the former residential studios into flexible office spaces, multifunctional rooms, and workshop areas dedicated to local NGOs and community groups. We are thrilled to share that the construction works are now fully completed, and the building is ready to serve its new community role.
