Reșița Multifunctional Centre

At UNITH2B , we are the general designers for a major urban regeneration project commissioned by the Reșița Municipality. The core vision of this initiative is to integrate the marginalized Mociur community with the city's Centru and Govândari neighborhoods. By clearing a highly degraded site along the Bârzava river , we are paving the way for a newly designed Multifunctional Center. This dynamic facility is meant to foster social cohesion, offering inclusive spaces for socio-cultural events, workshops, and a variety of sports activities tailored for all age groups and abilities.
