Social Housing Mociur

Completed in 2025, this transformative urban renewal project in the Mociur district of Reșița focused on social integration and the revitalization of the local housing stock. The intervention centered on the comprehensive rehabilitation of the "Cămin nr. 2" social housing block, alongside the strategic demolition of the dilapidated "Cămin nr. 1" structure to open up the urban fabric. Our architectural approach involved a total internal reconfiguration, converting 90 rudimentary units into 50 modern, fully-equipped apartments featuring dedicated kitchens, bathrooms, and private balconies. The updated housing mix now offers 12 studios, 28 two-room apartments, and 10 three-room units, providing diverse and dignified living standards for the community.
